        Overall
        Horrible!!!

        They don't even have trucks in our area even though their address is listed as local!!
        Called and was told about 1/2 hour 45minutes. Waited an hour no show, called back and the lady told me that they had other business to attend to and that it would be another hour possibly 2 before they could get out to us!!
        Total waste of time!!
        Low rates but HORRIBLE customer service!!
