TEN STARS! Elderly family members unit (ac) who lives alone went out the night before the hottest day of the year. Called Randall's at 8am explained explained the situation. The Lady in the office assured me that they would take care of the problem and obviously was aware of the gravity of situation. Within an hour,on a monday morning,the service tech. was on site and working on getting it fixed. I WILL NEVER go anywhere else.

I don't even think they deserve a single star to be honest. We bought a brand new house that Randall's had done the install on for our heating and air system. In the 2 years since the house has been built the thermostat has gone out twice. The first time it was within the first year so they replaced the thermostat. This time it is past the year and so they came out and charged the $89 for their service call fee and then we had to buy a new thermostat. When I called to speak to someone to discuss our frustration with the fact that a new system in a new house has broken twice in two years (the same piece of equiment) Shannon, the manager, told me there was no way they'd be willing to offer any help and said I had a bad attitude. She was not apologetic or sympathetic at all and said "things break...sorry." I couldn't believe that that is what a manager would say when a customer is concerned that the products they are getting are not of good quality. Very disappointed and embarrassed for Randall's that this is how their manager treats people.
