Northern Air Conditioning Heating Service

I set up two appointments and on the first one they came 6 hours late after giving me a poor excuse. We then set up an appointment to start repair but they never showed and when I tried to call them I got a full answering machine. Only after the 10th call did they answer but hung up after learning who was calling. Based upon their poor response I would NEVER use them.
