a most honorable business. I brought in 16 dress shirts that I have owned for a while. In scrubbing the collar to remove the soil, the fabric became frayed. The owner went to Costco, where the shirt was from and bought an exact duplicate to replace it. A most honorable and considerate action. I highly recommend this business.

"Where's your proof?"

That's what the gentlemen at the store asked me after ruining three of my dress shirts by not following instructions. They refused to refund what I'd paid for their lousy service, so now I have to go to small claims court or the Better Business Bureau.

I'd advise you not to trust them with your alterations, because they do not communicate, they do not follow instructions, and they do not stand behind their work.
