Primary Care
For hassle free prescriptions, please contact your pharmacy a few days in advance and they are able to see if your child has an existing refill or can automate a refill request to your Primary Care Provider.
Emergency Care
As your child’s medical home, Pediatric Associates strives to provide care after regular business hours. Call our main phone number at 970-249-2421 to utilize our triage services or contact our emergency line whom are available after hours, weekends, and holidays. The on-call provider may choose to see after-hours patients with urgent needs in the hospital or emergency room or via a telehealth visit.
Immunizations
Our clinic provides immunizations to ages 2 months to 18 years of age. It is recommended that your child or adolescent get their immunizations during a well child check so you have the opportunity to ask any questions or concerns you may have. Our office follows the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) when creating our suggested vaccine schedule.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
If you are needing a medication refill for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or controlled medications, please contact our office or fill our electronic form that will help automate this process for you.
Mental Health
Pediatric Associates Prof. LLC is a medical home for children and adolescents. We are here to provide health consultation and support concerning physical and mental health needs. Our team of professional health workers aims to provide quality care to all pediatric patients to prevent health concerns that may affect their growth and development.
