Walmart Supercenter

I have lived near this store 3 years spent $2000 + a month here and still cannot get treated like a valued customer! What a joke! I went to do a simple return stood at the customer service desk for 45 mins and the only thing the asst store manager Peggy and shift supervisor Justin VanderSluis did was harass me about why they wouldn't return 18 months clothing! They then accused me of buying the item from a different store! And finally accused me of maybe not paying for them! My family household consists of $130,000 yearly income! The last shopping trip I will be taking to any WALMART!

I dropped off my last roll of 35mm film at the monticello walmart. Turns out they lost my film and all I got was a call from them saying sorry after some checking we cannot find it. That's it! Nothing else but a sorry? That doesn't really bring back the pictures of my daughters last christmas that were on that roll of film. So glad I can print my own using digital. I will never use another walmart photo center again!

Went to try the auto service for the first time. Took my two vehicles a little after 7am. Immediately when entering noticed one man behind the counter and another in front of the desk. No one said a word and one just walked off. There were no other customers. After waiting 5-10 minutes, the rude person behind the counter asked what I wanted. He continued to rudely ask questions, while looking down, making it hard to understand him. After a few minutes we took our keys and left. My wife stated she was ready to leave within a few minutes of arrival. Terrible customer service. I have reported it via customer service and wrote a letter to the corporate head quarters. I will Never use this service and would encourage others to be careful. That kind of attitude equals poor performance.
