Walter T. McKee Junior High School, located in Montgomery, Ala., is governed by the Montgomery Public Schools District. It teaches classes from grades seven through nine, and enrolls more than 900 students. Its curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies, computer application, music and chorus, speech, library media, family and life sciences, and technology education. Walter T. McKee Junior High School provides a wide range of programs and activities, including parent-teacher-student association, student council, band and chorus, food and health services, community services, field trips, and outdoor activities. It also offers a wide range of athletic activities, such as football, wrestling, basketball, volleyball, soccer, cheerleading, bowling, and track and field.
