        General Info
        For over 30 years, MasterRead has provided one-on-one tutoring – no groups – and no contract. Families tell us they like our affordable rates. We work with students from prekindergarten through grade 12. We also work with college students and adults. Most of our students have come to us by word of mouth – families recommending us to others. MasterRead offers tutoring in reading, math, writing, and spelling. We teach study skills and also offer homework help and test preparation. We also help prepare students to take the ACT test for college. For each student who comes to MasterRead, we create a plan to fit the needs of that student, and progress can be rapid. Greater self-confidence, more motivation, and an improved attitude toward learning are just some of the benefits families tell us that they notice once MasterRead starts helping their child do better in school.         My son has been getting tutored at Masterread for the last 2 years. The tutors are amazing, they really know how to cater each lesson to suit the learner's needs. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

        MasterRead is amazing! Six or seven years ago I was getting tutored for finite math. With their help, I passed with a “B”. Here I am now with my 4 yr old. He was behind when he first started. As of now, he’s at the top of his class after a short time at MasterRead. I highly recommend MasterRead for any of your tutoring needs. I’ll be forever grateful for Dr. Walker.

        MasterReading Learning Center offers the best tutoring services in the River Region area.The tutors are highly qualified and truly care about the students. I used MasterRead Learning Center for tutoring services for my children and grandchild. I highly recommend using MasterReading Learning Center for all tutoring needs.

        MasterRead is awesome!! My son's reading has accelerated in such a short time. Dr. Walker's work is phenomenal! From phonics to spelling to reading comprehension, she does it all. Highly recommend MasterRead!
