        Overall

        Most unprofessional. No one knows procedures for anything., files LOST, different answers from different employees. Wrong SD cards sent for machine.Took 3 tries to get proper size face mask ordered. Never did get proper cards!

        I most definately would NOT send anyone, let alone my best friend to these inefficent, uncaring people. This store is part of Jackson Hospital!! Jackson is a great hospital and I prefer it, but not these people.
