Established in 1969, Haynes Ambulance of Alabama is one of the largest, locally owned and operated private ambulance service providers in central Alabama. It offers services to the residents of Pike, Bullock, Autauga, Dale, Macon, Elmore and Montgomery counties in Alabama. The company offers educational programs on various topics, such as hazardous materials, bioterrorism and disaster preparedness. It additionally provides cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and emergency medical transportation services. The company transportation services for patients suffering from dialysis, cancer, neurological emergencies and cardiac interventions. It has partnerships with several skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, cancer treatment clinics, physician's offices and hospitals. The company has a staff of more than 75 full- and part-time emergency medical technicians and paramedics, as well as operates a fleet of over 15 ambulances.
