I would like to set the record straight regarding the above negative comment towards CARS. First and foremost CARS is sorry you feel you were treated and serviced unfairly at our location. I would like to say that your complaint was handled professionally and promptly, as a technician was sent out to your location the following day to asses the situation following a response to your email the very evening we received it. Our technician concluded there was a lack of knowledge and experience at your location in reference to the proper way to spray a tri-stage. Therefore concluding that the paint was a match it just wasn't sprayed onto the car properly the way a tri-stage should have been. Please note that although sometimes products do fail and sometimes paint doesn't match, also sometimes when things go wrong it can be contributed to human error. We do appreciate your speedy attempt, Eddie, to plaster negativity towards CARS all over our Facebook page and the Internet but I regret to inform you that your efforts go unnoticed due to there being no truth to your complaint. Please try to tell the truth Eddie, Jesus don't like liars! We prefer to deal with honest people here as we are an honest family owned company. Have a good day everyone!

called with the paint code for a 2013 "TR" received the paint Thursday late. Sprayed the small piece the color was at least 4 shades darker. called for help Friday. closed. called Monday talked to David. he sent some one to match paint chips and informed me that I would need to pay another $100.00 for the "right" paint! told him that was ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!! WHY should we have to pay for the paint after he was supplied with the correct paint code! sarcastically responded it happens! well! not to me! asked to talk to some one in charge! you guessed it! HIM! SO beware these people are incompetent. and you will pay for it!!!!!!! next BBB, canceled the check and we will let it be known! thank you david for NOTHING!
