Will not be going there again...called to let them know I was coming ahead of time, and let them know, I have very curly hair, that needed to be straighten and trimmed. As soon as, I walked through the door, the woman, Sandra stared at me, to the point... I became extremely uncomfortable and wouldn't say a word to me (mind you, I'm African-American).
After finally getting a word out of her and explaining I was the woman that called, she tells me, she probably wont be able to get it that straight, but will try, so I say "OK". (Big mistake!).
After an hour an a half of sitting in the chair, I see she's done a terrible job and is even trying to fix the mess she's made and has gone into complete panic mode, bringing out the scissors and starts to give me a bowl trim!!.. it's a complete disaster at this point and she knows I'm upset and tries to cover up her work by tucking my hair... at the end of it all, I still get charged full price, which was crazy expensive for what I got done.. and she still expected a tip.. I don't think so... never again..
