UPON A RECOMMENDATION FROM A FRIEND, MY BROTHER AND I WERE SUFFERING FINANCIALLY, BOTH OF US HAVING RECENTLY LOST OUR JOBS IN MANUFACTURING, CAME TO FIREARMS TRAINING ACADEMY WITH NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THE DUTIES OF A GUARD WERE, HAVING VERY LIMITED MONEY IN HAND, WE WANTED TO BE CAREFUL HOW OUR MONEY WAS SPENT. WE WERE SO SURPRISED TO LEARN THAT NOT ONLY WERE MOST OF THEIR SECURITY TRAINING CLASSES FREE, BUT NEVER WERE PRESSURED TO PAY UP FRONT AT ANY TIME, ONLY THAT WE COULD TAKE OUR TIME TO RETURN ANY OF THE 7 DAYS THAT THEY ARE OPEN TO PAY AND GET COMPLETELY PROCESSED & WAIT FOR OUR GUARD CARD IN A TIMELY MANNER . THE BEST PART WAS THAT THEY "REALLY DO GIVE YOU JOB ASSISTANCE AND BY SPECIAL REQUEST, VITAL RESUME INFO! BY THEIR HR DEPT. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH OF THEIR VERY COURTEOUS & HELPFUL STAFF! I AM GLAD WE CHOSE GREAT SERVICE OVER "CHEAP PRICES!"

I was blown away by how professional this place and the staff over there is. I was in need of a license and training and was told by many security professional to come to Firearms Training Academy for it. So I went and ended up getting my license and then got a job opportunity while I was there I just had to wait till my license to come. But the staff was so helpful Michael knows a lot and Evelyn is very good on paperwork. I would suggest any training needs to anyone interested in getting license's for security or weapons and even personal.

I went here for training to be a Armed Security Officer. I came from out of state and they helped me get the training and a job. They helped me out A LOT. Everyone I knew in the business went to them. The people who work their are Great and Friendly. My money was well spent their and I went back to them when I need to update anything. I took the bus from LA to there and did not care about the ride because the people are good people, I must add the women are good looking there too.
