The associate at the register was so rude. Will never go to this new location. EVER!!!

They have great prices on glasses and contacts but once you have ordered and paid for your glasses/contact lenses, they tell you they will come in about 2-3 days and they will call you. More than several family members and friends have complained they do not receive a phone call and when we call to inquire a week to ten days laterthey always state," oh yeah, your order is here, come pick them up." Seems like once they have you money they can care less is you pick up your order or not. Adding insult to injury, she you ask why they didn't call all we get is, " we're really busy here, you got your lenses, what's your problem?!"
