Love, love, love this place. I joined with the three classes and free gloves deal and I joined my first class. The instructors and employees are motivating but kind. I am certainly not in fighting shape but I have never felt embarrassed or shamed. You will get your butt kicked but in a great way. Highly recommend if you're ready for some serious workouts and a series change in your attitude and body.
