She has expertise in giving women a better quality of life related to pelvic floor disorders. She received her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. Dr. Sassani completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and her fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
