        Disappointed with Products and Customer Service

        I ordered over $80 worth of product to give out as Christmas gifts and was very disappointed. First the products arrived bundled together with shrink wrap and the boxes were crushed. I was surprised that the individual boxes were not packaged together in a box. The petite fours were melted and everything was tiny, much smaller that what it looks like in the catalog. I would have sent it back, but because it arrived later than the delivery date and it was so close to Christmas, I kept them. When I called customer service, the lady I spoke with was extremely rude. I was so upset that I hung up on her. After sending an email to their company with my complaints, I did not even get so much as an apology from them. I will never buy from them again.
