        My car (prius 2010) did not start with a "check hybrid system" warning, called Ruda Toyota certified dealer?!! They asked me to tow the car and they will fix it next day. Called Saturday, they said will Fix it next week. Next week I called and asked Please to rush it , because I am out of car, they said Wednesday. On Wednesday, responded we are shorthand. One week later, they said inverter is bad, will fix it and it is under warranty. 2 days later they said transaxle is bad, cost is $5000, want me call Toyota service help. After a week of begging, Toyota accepts to send the transaxle for free and I pay for the labor for $1200. After 4 weeks they said car is ready. Day of Pick up they said transaxle was good and Cable from inverter to transaxle was chewed by mouse, so they Just changed that ,and want me to pay $1230. Price of cable ($130), Labor (5 hours). Four weeks for a cable to change?!!, and an invoice of $1230 . Very bad and impolite customer service and Gravy work.
