Cassano's Pizza & Subs.

When my family and I went to Cassano's as our yearly 4th of July ritual , we had the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. As soon as we walked in the door , hoping for cool air considering how hot it was , we walked into a hotter environment than it was outside. Everyone in the store was complaining of the heat, and everyone was sweating from just sitting there eating. All of the employees were still working diligently but you could easily tell how exhausted from the heat they were. But as we were waiting for our food to come out , my youngest son started complaining from feeling extremely hot and his head was pounding. Since everyone was hot, I didn't think twice of his complaints and jus got him a big glass of ice water. It seemed to cool him off a little bit , but when our food came 10 minutes later, my son passed out in the store. We didn't make a big deal of the situtation and just took my son to the hospital and thankfully he was okay. He suffered from heat exhuastion. In my opinion , NO public facility should EVER be anywhere near how hot it was in Cassano's. I can honestly say my family and I will never return to what was once our favorite pizza place due to the lack of consideration from the company. Clearly Cassano's does not care about their employees health or their customers, and I find that extremely offensive. Hopefully they do something about their heat problem or they will lose a lot more than just 5 of their customers.
