5 Star Carpet Cleaning

Called them to schedule a cleaning and the man seemed very helpful and friendly and gave us a very good quote for 5 rooms. He gave us his number and we gave him both my cell phone and my wife's. He told us a date and time (8:00 a.m.) that he could do it and we agreed. Both my wife and I work so we had arranged for someone to be there when he arrived. The time came and went and at 9:00 I was told that they were not at the house yet. When I called to see where he was he said he had been trying to reach us for 2 days to cancel because something came up and said he hoped we would call him the morning of. He had both of our cell phones and couldn't reach us for 2 days? Very infuriating. Needless to say we will not use them and we definitely don't recommend anyone else to use them either.

My teenage girls had made a mess of my light-colored carpet with their makeup...I couldn't believe that 5 Star Carpet Cleaning got all the stains out! So happy with the FANTASTIC service!
