Floral Expressions

I recently lost my son..I had Floral Expressions do a Harley Davidson arrangement..I brought a H.D. floral arrangement picture, and a H.D. sign for the arrangement..I asked how much, and how large it would be..The price was $300.00 and the lady told me, that it would be about 30 inches wide..The day of my son's service, I was very disappointed, with not only the quality, but the size..After the service, the next day, I emailed Floral Expressions about my disappointment, and the size..I was told that she never told me it would be 30 inches wide..she more or less called me a liar.. My daughter also had called Floral Expressions, and voiced her concerns...The lady at Floral Expressions was rude, and told her that I should have said something that day!! Are you freakin kidding me? The day of my son's service!!! I will NEVER use Floral Expressions again, and would NOT recommend them..
