        I have lived on the east side of Monroe for 14 years and I have NEVER EVER smelled the landfill the way I have over the last three months!!! I think something serious is going on over there. Honestly, I think it could be something hazardous to the environment that should be investigated by the EPA... Something has changed and it's NOT RIGHT!!!
