        Overall

        I found a shirt with a stain on it and I turned it in to them and while I shopped I thought more about the fact the shirts were buy one get one half off. Well I asked them to take $10 off the shirt and I would buy it as my half off. So in all they would only lose $5 and be free and clear of the stained shirt. They wouldn't do it they were so worried about $5 they would rather go through filing a claim and trying to sell it in a tent sale and probably lose more money than if they would have just sold me the shirt. That shows me greed over customer satisfaction.
