Diana is great! The staff is courteous and friendly. If you are upfront with them when you are going to be late, they are very understanding and work with you. If you try to dodge the on the phone, then they do what they have to do to get you on the phone. Plus, there is a certain decorum that if they aren't talking to you, they don't tell the person on the phone that they are from World Finance trying to collect a debt. This is a company that hands out loans to high risk individuals. If you had better credit, you'd go elsewhere. If you are here, be glad they loaned you money, step up, answer the phone and don't lie to them and tell them it's not you.
