The best yoga studio and more around! I love it here! This studio offers so many wonderful classes and additional workshops it's certainly worth the trip! Such caring staff who truly care about you as a person! All of the instructors go out of their way to share their expertise and knowledge with you. The studio is a calm and serene atmosphere, and very clean! There is also so many great items to shop for in the retail part of the studio. I absolutely love coming here!

I've been to every yoga studio in my area, and MBYW offers the most welcoming atmosphere hosted by knowledgeable, nurturing & friendly instructors providing an immaculate, cozy space for clients to discover their best selves. Its unique charm casts a magical spell over everyone who enters enticing us to build friendships & return often for all that it has to offer.

I was afraid to try yoga, because I always see pictures of people doing weird, crazy poses that don't look humanly possible but I was told to go here because they are different, more therapeutic. I have a bad back, bad foot and other ailments and didn't want to embarrass myself because I am definitely not flexible but I went 6 months ago and love it. My back Pain is more manageable, I go now all the time and will continue to because it's life changing.

Love, love, love Monmouth Beach Yoga! There is something magical here, you feel it when you walk in the door. The owners and instructors are wonderful, and the experience is great. I'm not the most coordinated student, and have many issues with arthritis. There is no presure. I'm encouraged to do what I can, and honor my body. They are the best����

I have been taking yoga for 15 years. I have never come across a studio quite like this. You truly feel like you are "home". Every instructor is warm & caring. I feel like every one really cares.

I have tried many yoga studios and fitness centers in Monmouth County & Ocean County and nothing compares to this studio. I was referred by a coworker who travels from Middlesex County to take classes here 3 days a week. They have a great owner who trust cares about her community, excellent teachers, reasonable prices on classes and retail, and a impeccably clean and beautiful studio- it doesn't get better then that.

This studio is warm & inviting, the classes are unique and the instructors are the best! They have something for everyone. Stop in for a class and then browse their unique clothing & gifts. You will feel the love here and never go anywhere else.

They have yoga for all ages. This is the best studio around. The owner and instructors truly care about their students. The retail is awesome and the studio is spotless. Great vibe!
