Rent-A-Center

Iwould never recommend Rent a Center to anyone, nor would I ever buy anything from them. We had a bad experience with them, and they have refused to fix the problem. We bought a living room suite from them, ( we have never had a problem with bed bugs, and have never seen one in our home. After receiving the furniture from them, we began itching and seeing bug bites all over us.Upon investigating the furniture, we found that it was infested with Bedbugs. We called them, to get it rectified by them paying to habe our home exterminated to get rid of them ( since they brought them to our home in the furniture ), we were told that someone would get back to us. Noone ever called us back, after several calls that we made back to them, and getting the runaround, they finally told us that they weren't doing anything to fix our problem. And they refuse to admit that the Bedbugs came to our home in THEIR FURNITURE. This bad experience has left us with a bad Bedbug infestation, and the problem of dealing with a company that only wants your money, and doesby give a damn about taking care of their customers and making things right.I would advise anyone buying furniture, not to do business with these people, take your business elsewhere if you don't want a Bedbug infestation,and be treated like crazy when you want them to take care of it with no results. They are rude, unprofessional, and they only want your money. They defimagery do not stand by their guarantees and obligations.
