I had this company come to my house over 2 weeks ago for an estimate of work I was wanting done. I was told they would e-mail me an estimate within 3 work days. I never received it, but gave them 7 days longer. Still did not get it. Called them and Debbie said she was surprised I hadn't gotten it and promised me I would have it by the end of the day. Never got it called again. I called at 5:30PM and the "answering service" said they would have them call me. Yes. You guessed it. They never called. If this company acts this way JUST to get an estimate, I cannot imagine how I could trust them to actually preform the project. Very very disappointed a company would be this way. I would rather them say (if so) they weren't able to do the job for me, they weren't interested, too busy, etc, than string me along. I can't imagine I would be the only person they have done this way. Word of mouth can mean alot in today's social network society. Both good....and , in my case, negative.
