Patti your floral designs for my niece's wedding at Hotel Monaco on New Year's Eve was absolutely exquisite !!! You went above and beyond. The room with all the beautiful flowers, arrangements, floating roses, and candles was breathtaking. How can we ever thank you except to let everybody know that if they a florist for any event...your it. Accolades to you and you staff. You went above and beyond and certainly exceeded expectation. We certainly could tell it was "from the heart". Thank you so very much. Best price in Beaver and Allegheny Counties!!!!!!

Arrangement looked Nothing at all like wesbsite and terrible customer service! Offered to take flowers back from the person I sent them to so they could fix them. Who takes flowers back?!? Terrible!

BEST FLOWERS EVER!!! I order flowers from Patti all the time and her work is just incredible! The flowers are always beautiful and she is so sweet and helpful on the phone. I will not order from any other shops. Patti makes beautiful arrangements and gift baskets for every occasion! I highly recommend her!

After many phone calls and complaints Mother received an arrangement that looked NOTHING like what we paid for. Patty's excuse: "Well we only make 50% of the money you spend on FTD.com"' Really??? That's your excuse for sending a shoddy arrangement to my mom? I wonder how many other people she does this to. Who may never check if their families and friends receive what they paid for. Do not waste your time! Buy your flowers from a reputable place, NOT PATTY's petals! They are a complete frustrating waste of time and energy.

I have dealt with many businesses and business owners and Patti is the MOST unprofessional. Not ony did she give me a hard time for trying to confirm my order, but she repeated insulted me and made nasty comments throughout the process because of mistakes SHE made. She initially quoted us a price and then raised the price when she saw the volume of flowers we were ordering. And even though I did not take offense to that OR criticize her in any way, she continued to insist to me that, " SHE had NOT made a mistake." Then, when I called her back to confirm, she continued to give me a hard time about delivery dates and times, even though she knew the circumstances and they had been worked out ahead of time. Her specific words to me were, " YOU will not micromanage my business. The flowers get delivered on MY time, not YOURS!" Patti shouldn't be in business if she doesn't know how to treat people nicely. Obviously she was having a bad day or two. She shouldn't have taken it out on this customer.

I have had the pleasure of working with Patti on many occasions and I must say her work is the best floral work I have EVER seen! She has been in business for over 25 Years and once you see her work, you can definitely tell! I call her for EVERY floral/gift basket need. I highy reccomend this business to ANYONE who needs a floral arrangement of
