I will only go to Yates & Co. for any piece of jewelry. They have the best quality jewelry pieces around and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a mother's ring and I wasn't satisfied with the typical mother's ring and they helped me design a custom mother's ring and it was so beautiful that she gets compliments from everyone that sees it. I love Yates & Co. and once you go into the store you'll see why.

I went to Yates & Co to sell some broken gold jewelry. Not only was I given what I believe to be a pretty good price, the salesman was very friendly, low pressure, and upbeat. He offered me coffee and cookies while I was waiting and answered any and all questions that I had. I was very impressed (as I have been to other jewelry stores in other places, like the mal) and I either always felt like I was getting ripped off or was given no attention at all. I highly recommend Yates & Co for all your jewelry needs!

After shopping it around I sold my gold here. Helpful friendly service. And very fair and strong offers on my scrap gold and silver eagles. I thought about selling online, but I prefer to sell to a reputable place. Also I try not to bring my wife with me when I come in to sell my goodies as they have really nice jewelry.

How do you know when a company is great ? You go back to them time after time. I have been going to Yates & Co. for over 10 years and have never been dissatisfied. My wife and I shopped all over Modesto looking for the best deal on a wedding ring, and nobody was able to come close to them. I told them the size,clarity, and color I wanted and was given more than I hoped for ... at a great price. Over the years I have bought my wife several things from Yates & Co. and I even upgraded my own ring to a Titanium ring that I love. I have also "liked" them on Facebook, and they come out with some awesome deals that they post on there, of which I took advantage of one of them.

They provide you with great customer service very knowledgeabl trust them to give you the best customer service.
