Project Blonde

The only reason I went to this salon was due to the (clearly false) positive reviews I found online. Not only was my hair DESTROYED, I left with it only two shades lighter (NOT what I wanted) and dead beyond repair. I literally lost 2 years of hair growth, and not one pair of scissors touched my hair. Now when my hair is wet it is spongey and thin to the touch, and try it feels like straw. The appointment took four and a half hours!! Not because the actual process took that long, but because she booked SEVERAL appointments in between. Half the time her assistant checked, washed, and even put the dye in my hair. 80$ and years of growing out my hair GONE. I could at least understand if my hair underwent so much damage and I left with the blonde hair I wanted, but no. I left with dark brown hair that I could have done myself with a box of wal-mart dye.



It's been two weeks since the day my hair was destroyed. Two days ago I finally decided to go to sally's beauty supply and attempt to do my hair the way I went in to get. It looks night and day different! How sad is it when you can do a better job than a 'pro'.



I'm not going out of my way to post this out of spite, I sincerely do not want anyone to have to learn what I did the hard way. This is a real review from someone who has really been to this salon. If my review about my experience here saves even one persons hair, it will be worth it. Never, ever, ever in my life have I had to pay for something so ridiculously bad. You can definitely believe the better business bureau will be hearing about this.



I included a picture of my disgusting new hair (before I fixed it myself). Orange roots and inches of non repairable split ends?!?!?!?! Don't go here.



********Oh and credit cards accepted? Sure. But they try to talk you out of it so they don't have to report it and pay taxes!
