Pizza Guys

Great experience every time! If something happens to be wrong, they fix it quickly, and usually toss in something extra for the wait. The food is good and the price very reasonable! I'll be a forever customer.

pizza was on time with friendly staff. cheese had good consistency, topping was fresh and tasty.

We ordered our food 15 minutes before arriving to pick it up. We were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived and paid for our $40 order. We were told it would be ready in a few minutes. 15 minutes after we paid a girl apologized for the wait while several people came and went. 15 minutes after the first apology she told us she was cutting the pizza and it would be right out. 30 minutes later I had to ask for our pizza. They apologized and said it had been ready for awhile. I asked for discount for eating an hour and 15 minutes of our time. They offered a 20% discount. I told them 50% would be fine. They told me I could have my discount in the next visit. I told them there wouldn't be a next time. They told me I could give back the pizza for a refund or take the discount and come back to spend more money. These people wouldn't do right by the customer and basically told us we were out of luck. So much for honest business practice. I'll never order from another Pizza Guys.
