Wrongfully entered a judgement after setting a sun as due date of payment on stipulation office closed would not call back payed the following monday told would fix and have been ignored since 2014. Need straitened out at there error affects our family getting housing. Unprofessional.

how do I complain about this lawyer and his staff. I have been waiting for over a month to get a letter of paid in full and have not received it. I need this letter to give to our housing department so I can get back on section 8. I keep calling and calling and calling, leave message after message after message and nothing. NO CALL BACK. His admin said it will take 2 weeks for the judgement and still nothing. WHEN WILL I GET A CALL BACK, THIS IS DEANNA CASTRO WRITING THIS. DO I NEED TO GO TO THE BOARD TO GET ACTION!
