They give great service!!! All you people are complaining about stuff that is irrelevant. So you showed up at 12:19am and they were closed. Probably cuz the game you preordered wasn't that popular and they handled the 10 customers that were there at midnight quickly and turned off the registers. Or maybe it's because they did a 9pm game release cuz the game wasn't a popular preorder but all you people do in this city is moan, and complain. Get over yourselves! I've shown up to get one of my preordered games late too and once they close the registers they can't open a new one just because you were late. Lmao

And to the other person who bought a disc that didn't work and it loaded something "scary"... your dumb. No game would do that. And maybe next time instead of rating a company UNFAIRLY maybe you should keep your receipt and they easily could have helped you unless you were lying which you most likely were.
All there stuff comes with a guarantee and if your INTELLIGENT (which most of you in this town have under a 100 IQ so you're not) you would keep receipts or buy extended warranties and it would cover you and your investment.

I love this store. I love their employees. A bunch of them know who i am right as I walk in the door. So to end my rant...

Worst store ever! Most of there products don't work. You can pay top dollar for something and they will offer to buy it for $1.
