I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO SPEND $800.00 ON A NEW COMPUTER. FLAT RATE COMPUTER SERVICE GOT MY COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING FOR $150.00 THAT WAS LESS THAN HALF WHAT OTHERS WERE QUOTING ME.

I had a bad virus on my computer. He cleaned up my computer and got it back running better than ever for only $49.00. You can't go wrong.

It's not a real business, he does this in his home. He messed up my computer and lost all my files and pics. Then he took 9 days to give it back and he kept mixing my computer up with someone elses. He's a freakin idiot, and won't let u talk to explain the problem! Do not go to him and he charged me $119 ND my computer was still messed.up when I got it back!

Please do not use this computer guy, he wiped my computer clean and I lost all of my pictures, documents and itunes! I took my computer to have virus's removed, to speed up my computer and to have one of my cd drives replaced because it was not opening. I only know computer basics and asked this guy if he would be able to back up my material,files, pictures, ect...before working on my computer, he said no problem as long as I can access these files. When I took my computer to him I was able to get into all my files and there should have been no problem with backing these up.When I got my computer back home everything was gone, and now my other cd driver that WAS working fine is NOT working, my computer still seems to have some of the problems it had when I took it to him. When I called and informed him that my pics, docs and music were gone all he could say was "sorry, that's strange, i don't know why that happened." Please do not trust this guy with your valuable stuff!
