Fantastic work, and James is incredibly responsive and professional. He talked me through what the job of installing the Flo by Moen would be all about, and then got it done efficiently and with a smile.

After we discovered that our water heater was leaking, we called City Water Conservation and Jaime came over within an hour of the call. He quickly fixed the leak and we scheduled a next day appointment to have the water heater replaced. Overall, I loved their upfront pricing, professionalism, and how quickly they fixed the issue. It truly was a five-star experience!

Great depth of knowledge on Moen Flo water monitors ... and Jamie grew up in an Eichler home so he understands their quirks. As someone who is trusted by insurance companies I have confidence in the quality of his work.

I called City Water Conservation and spoke to Jamie because I thought I had a leak. Jamie gave me a lot of information on the phone to check some of the most obvious things. He was very helpful. I checked all that but didn’t find the leak so made an appointment to have Jamie come and check.
He was prompt, checked everything out and found I didn’t have a leak. I wanted to get the Moen smart detector but couldn’t sync it to my phone.
I plan to call Jamie when I get my new phone.
He checked out all my plumbing and gave me peace of mind.
I would highly recommend Jamie and CWC. I have already recommended them to a friend!
