Completely satisfied. Rose went out of her way to help me procure information nessesary to file my eviction. She was very helpful. My tenant was evicted quickly and I was very happy with the service

This is a very good service compnay. I will definately rate it as 5 star (*****).



Thier service is quick. When I asked them legal questions for my case, they give full answers and never delayed.



I once hired another company (Lynx) and this compnay is not responsible at all. For 15 days they did nothing and even did not send out the 3 day notice. Yet in the first day they charged my credt card. Their speed of charging you credit card is super quick.



I then switched to Central state services and Rose quickly sent out 3 day notice for us. I did not lose time for my eviction case after we switched to central state services. You do not know how angey I was. My tenant arogantly called me and said that he would drag on as long as he wanted without rent pay.



In all, I am very satisfied with central state services.
