Reeves Reality

Poor excuse for a rental agency. They obviously don't care who they rent to. Very unprofessional having agents meet you in yoga pants and t shirts! Horrible!

I viewed a property which was unclean and creepy. There was still food in the cabinets and furniture from where I assume a family was evicted with no notice, which in and of itself is pretty morally bankrupt. The first key they gave me to go look at the property did not even unlock anything. The yard had foot high grass, and the neighbor across the street had no teeth. If you're trying to save money and make something of yourself, don't go to Reeves Realty. They will never be able to rent out this house, so I hope the real owner of the home knows he has the worst property manager in the city. They can't even keep a property clean and definitely won't find a renter. Additionally, when I realized I had included my employer's sensitive information in my application, I stopped by the office to get it, but Martha refused to allow me to have it because of a BBB review I left online, resulting in my filing an actual complaint.

Reeves Rentals has been extremely useful in helping me find my home. The receptionist up front is very polite and willing to answer any questions regarding our home search with a smile. The company was open about issues with the property and intent to repair said issues which provided reassurance that we were in good hands. We love our home and every issues encountered once we moved in was repaired quickly by licensed plumbers and repairmen. I would recommend this company to anyone!
