Charged me nearly $100 to "fix" the motherboard in my playstation. It started freezing about 2 months later so i took it back and they "serviced" it again at no charge. Here it is a little over a month later and it is back to doing the same yellow light thing again and this time they told me that "it is out of warranty". and they want me to pay to have it repaired again. Do yourself a favor and just go buy another one to start with.

I love this place! I go there for old school Nintendo games and they have the largest selection in town. If they don't have what I'm looking for, they keep an eye out for me. You can't beat their prices. I have referred my friends and family. My brother took his phone to Play and Talk to have the screen replaced and now goes back to buy games. I go several times a week.

Great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. They host tournaments, which are free and you can win stuff. On my most recent visit, the store janitor, David, showed me around some of the more valuable items in the store. Overall, a great store with great people. 5/5

Great service! I have been in there twice with my iphone. They ordered me a new screen for a good price and then fixed some other issues that my phone was having! I would definitely refer them to others and will be back!

I lost my S Pen for Galaxy Note 3. I could not find it used locally. Called and they had a used one. The service was prompt. The price was fair.

These guys are just way overpriced and if you are trying to sell anything you're going to get ripped off. Save your money and just go to ebay, amazon, thrift shops, and flea markets. $45 for a mario game, $60 for zelda, etc. Not worth a second look, period.

Also, the staff are top notch. they really know their stuff. they go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. overall, just a great store because of the products and services they offer as well as the great customer service. Hands down Play and Talk is my favorite store in Mobile AL. They have an amazing staff who knows what they are talking about when it comes to video games, collectables, and cell phones. Play and Talk has the largest inventory of video games ranging from Atari to Xbox One and everything in between. Where places like GameStop have overpriced used games and have awful use in trade-ins, Play and Talk has perfect prices and an unbeatable trade-in system. I love this place. The customer service is excellent. I live downtown and I travel all the way down there just because I know it's worth the trip. I'm a cell phone addict and the always have the latest accessories to suit my needs. One time he fixed the screen on my iphone in just a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. I'm not big into video games, but I noticed they had a huge inventory. Like I said, it's a must see. You'll be glad you did.

Play And Talk has completely shaken this status quo, shifting the paradigm of grim acceptance to exhilarating exuberance! Whether it’s an obscure classic or popular staple, this splendor of a store has something for everybody (not to mention their excellent phone services). I cannot give enough praise to this business; the interaction with the knowledgeable, vivacious staff is almost as fun as playing the games purchased from them—almost.
