McMillan Service & Repair

To keep this part brief; we were victims of a high-profile thief / Pool Company Owner. He stole our money and left out back yard with massive holes, mountains of red dirt, and dangers everywhere. This went on for almost a year......and we will never see the money again. It was heartbreaking. We were devastated.

Until one sweet day when we met Fred McMillan. He came out and talked us through what we needed and how he would plan everything out start to finish. We were shocked! Not only did he come to our home in between 2 jobs he was working, but he took his time and said he was willing to give us Our lives back and a beautiful pool! Once the contract was signed, he wasted NO TIME AT ALL!
Fred knows his trade inside and out. His team respects him. They move efficiently, like clockwork, because they know that the sooner they finish up, the sooner they can tell us that our lives are back to normal. You see, all of them cared about our misfortune. I could see every day through their diligence and efforts that they wanted to give us everything we wanted and then some.

Overall, the entire team with McMillan Service & Repair demonstrated and consistently maintained an excellent work ethic with top notch engaging personalities’, displayed professional demeanor even when under pressure, welcomed challenges and worked on them diligently.
It was clear that they Strive for excellence in everything they do. Some fays they would work ‘till 10pm and back again at 7am if needed.
Not only did they complete the contract it in record time, but they provided an impressively thorough plan and executed it beautifully.
