I am new to the RC car world. They have been more than helpful. In the past month I have been in the store several times. They have treated me like I have been coming there for years.

I've been in the hobby for quite a while and the service here is in the top 15% for hobby shops I've visited. The staff is quick to open an exploded diagram and helps me verify that I'm buying the right parts. They've got anew excellent selection of parts for most of the name brands and I've only had 1 or 2 instances where they didn't carry a part I was looking for, and it was for anow odd ball build. Even the legacy customers are happy to help find parts to get you rolling or flying again. Thanks for providing me with such a supportive team!!

Overpriced and rude. I generally buy from local businesses but I would rather just buy online. They do not value customers.

The staff here (men especially) are very rude. We dropped something off to be fixed which was under warranty and 2 1/2 months later we still didn't have our drone fixed. When I called the support team they said the store never even called in to order our part!!! Every time time we would call the store to check on it they gave us the run around and a different story each time. Needless to say all my calls to the support team during the 2 1/2 months did some good because they kept record of my phone calls and what was said which in turn showed the employees were lying to me. Thanks to the support team we are getting a new drone. I will NEVER do business with the Mobile location again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

If the owner says he'll hold something for you, don't believe it. They sell it before you drive an hour to pick it up, without even giving a courtesy call to ask if you still want it.
