        Life is getting really good!

        My therapist, Cathy, is helping me recognize and move beyond my old self-defeating thoughts and actions, I have a new, positive outlook and am learning how to replaced anxiety and fear with self-confidence and courage. As such my personal life, relationships, family interactions and professional life are moving from frustration to fulfilling! As I grow as a person the great thing is that all my surroundings improve as well!
