Val and her team of designers have taken care of all my flower needs for years and always come thru every time

I called the shop immediately after my flowers were delivered crushed and bruised and a few of the roses dying. When the delivery person showed up she snatched up the flowers, said there was nothing wrong with them and asked me "what do you expect for a $30 arrangement?" . as she was walking away with the flower i asked if they were going to replace them and she said "No, all you are going to get from us is a refund".

I would pick weeds from the side of the highway before using them again.
