        Overall

        Unacceptable. Had me sign in on a list, sat there for 30 minutes and let 3 people ( who just came in) jump in front of me and 5 other people who were waiting. Horrible.

        Overall

        Reception is not that good. I purchased a tablet with my Android and specifically asked for items with 4G & asked about the towers as well to ensure I was getting what I wanted. They assured me that I would have 4G. But I never get 4G, always slow 3G. I pay too much a month for this service. Cannot wait until my contract is up.
