        horrible- the store is mall is horrible- they lie. they oversell you they trick you in to stuff you do not keep saying it is part of the package to get he deal. They are not honorable to customer service- the customer service women over the phone told me I was fine to return my new home phone setup in 30 days and when I wen to the store the manager said well you should of done it over the phone, if someone offers you this deal you should take it. And finally when we called customer service together the customer service office AGAIN TOLD THE MANAGER HE COULD RETURN IT THE MANAGER TOLD ME NO HE WOULD NOT DO IT. HIS NAME IS ALEX AND HE IS HORRIBLE. I FEEL SAD FOR THE WORKERS THEIR THAT THEY ARE TAUGHT TO LIE AND TO STALL AND TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE MONEY. SHAME ON YOU.
