Herberger's

The employees in general are friendly and helpful so that is a plus but the company lures people in with there never ending coupons and then when you get there you find out that almost everything is either a door buster, extreme value buy or they mark the items @ $9.99 so the $10.00 of $10.00 is not usable. On top of this they double or in some cases more then double the prices and then say it is 50% or more off. Went there yesterday and bought a Remington Head to Toe grooming kit for my husband. On sale 1/2 off $35.00, thought I got a good deal. Could not use any of my coupons because it was a door buster item. Came home and went online to find out that the same product was $20.00 at Walmart, as low as $18.99 at Amazon and the manufacturers website showed a retail price of $34.99. I felt completely taken and returned the item today. Explained the reason why: False Advertising. I told them that this was not the first time this has happened to me @ Herberger's but the employee did not get it at all. I ended up going to Target where they had a better selection, no misleading coupons or fake sale prices. Herberger's I am sorry but you lost me as a customer.
