        Overall

        If you are not a male, they will not respect you at all. My girlfriend tries to call for simple this you cannot find on the internet, they are rude, ugly, reroute 12 times, and hang up on you on the phone. They say nasty words to customers and treat them like dirt. The management allows this. Something needs to be done about this store.
