        Two bad experiences too many

        I tried my local Pride Cleaners on two different occassions. The first time, they pressed wrinkles into 1 of my dress shirts and even managed to press wrinkles into my suit coat. The second time was a far worse experience. They pressed wrinkles into 2 of my dress shirts this time and stained the collar on my white shirt in 4 places. This was after they did not get my "same day service" done same-day. I had to pickup a new dress shirt to wear the next day b/c of this. To top things off, they over-ran my credit card by $4. I was told by their 2nd in command manager to bring in the shirts to be re-treated, and that they will issue me a $4 check in the mail for the over-charge. They did not offer any comps or discounts for the service that was encountered. You would be the wiser if you guessed where I won't be going for my dry cleaning needs again!
