MoKan Foundation Repair

I wanted to thank you for working me into your schedule so quickly and especially for the great job your crew did in repairing my garage foundation. All three of you were great to work with, and here’s why I am so pleased:



#1 – You arrived out here when you said you would Bob, and you worked with me on deciding what to do to fix my problem while at the same time hearing my concerns about how much I could afford to spend.



#2 - You sent the written quote via email when you said you would. Of the three companies I contacted, you are the only one who did this.



#3 –From the time you came out to look at the job you said you would contact me in about a week to give me a start date and sure enough, you did exactly what you told me you would do.



#4 – Liz kept me up to date about the date that the crew would be here and followed up by answering questions that I had. And in addition, Liz always added that if I had further questions I should let her know.



#5 – John and his crew arrived this past Monday and immediately went to work. And I have to say, your crew is one of the hardest working bunch of guys I have seen. I was impressed with their professionalism in wanting to do good work and also impressed that they enjoyed working with each other. The only time I saw them stop was for lunch break and even that was only about 30 minutes.



#6 – Toward the end of the day I asked John about sealing the cracks and he wasn’t aware that Bob and I had talked about doing that. But to his credit he just got the epoxy out and went to work sealing all the cracks he could find – no problem. He just wanted to make sure that I was happy with the work that Mo Kan Foundation Company was providing.



#7 – Your guys worked incredibly hard all day and even at the end, when they had to back fill the holes the just picked up their tools and kept at it till the job was done. And even then they asked to borrow a rake and made sure there was no dirt left in the grass.



In the 17 years I have lived in this house I have only hired work done on it three times: once to have a new furnace installed; once to have a new roof put on and now to have your company repair the foundation on my garage. I have always done my own work partly because I know how to do it myself but also because I get aggravated when I pay someone to do something for me and they do a crappy job – not caring enough to do the job well. I will gladly give you an excellent rating if anyone ever called and wanted to know what kind of work you company does. And for sure I will gladly give you an excellent rating for customer service and being great people to work with.
