        Overall

        Vanished and closed practice without notice or contingency plans for alternative continuing care for his patients. After I located my records I was allowed to buy them from another practice. Anyone holding a state issued professional license should have to submit to testing ensuring certain professional standards are achieved for the safety of all patients.
