People need to realize that this is a collection agency and people do not like to be reminded they have debt. I had something that slipped my mind and I forgot to take care of with the original creditor. I did call Credit World and spoke with a rep that was beyond helpful and worked with me to get my balance paid off.

Absolutely the worst collection agency out there! You can't call without them being rude and hanging up on you, and when you want to pay online they use technology third world countries laugh at! Kansas University is using this company and I honestly believe that some shady deal was struck under the table to have settled for such an embarrassment of a service!

I called to try and clear up a mix up and Lynn is who I spoke with. She was very rude, accusing me and told me I was "fishy", not willing to even let me finish a sentence without rudely interrupting me and speaking over me. Was not helpful in the least bit and probably one of the most hateful people I have ever spoken with in customer service. I will be contacting the BBB and reporting this. Any businesses out there, I would highly not recommend this company ! I understand we all have bad days, but don't drag your bad day upon someone else. The only reason it got 1 star is because I had to put something to submit and they are definitely not a "5"
